Our Ordering Policies

·          Ordering may  be completed via telephone, mail or at our internet site.  We accept payment via check, money order, or credit card.  At the present time we are able to accept credit card purchases only on our online wholesale site.

·          Minimum initial order is $50 (before shipping), with no minimums for subsequent orders.

·          Shipping is on a per-order basis and quoted upon placing your order.  Orders in excess of $150 are shipped free of charge.  Ask about our free delivery to wholesale accounts in a 40-mile radius of our studio.

·          Because our products are formulated for personal use, we cannot accept returns for unsold items as we cannot vouch for their purity.  However, if an item is damaged in transit, we will pay for both the return and shipment of a replacement. Please report the damage within ten days of receipt.

·          A surcharge of $25 applies to all payments returned for insufficient funds.
